Property Management

To ensure that your let runs smoothly we work in partnership with dedicated property managers Rushbrook and Rathbone. Managing properties is a serious business and we’re sure that you will feel the benefit of having a 24 strong professional management team looking after your property.

You’ll find that our lettings and management services blend together seamlessly - when we are confident that we have found you the best possible tenant Rushbrook & Rathbone will put the applicant through a rigorous referencing process. Only when we are satisfied with all references will the tenancy documents be drawn up.

Should you take advantage of our full management service we will also:

  • Collect and process the monthly rent
  • Arrange gas and electrical safety tests as required
  • Source contractors to deal with maintenance issues and repairs
  • Arrange for an inventory to be drawn up
  • Organise check-ins, check-outs and the taking of meter readings
  • Carry out routine property inspections
  • Deal with any claims arising from the check out report
  • Refund the tenant’s deposit, less any agreed disbursements
  • Account to you in a monthly statement

Despite offering what we are certain is a superior service you’ll be happy to hear that our management fees compare favourably to other agents in the area.

Like Peter Barry, Rushbrook and Rathbone are members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents ensuring that we are both fully accountable and adhere to strict codes of practice - so you can rest assured that your property is in the best possible hands.
