Justin Burns

Justin Burns BSc MRICS MFPWS

Justin is a Chartered Surveyor and has been the proprietor of Peter Barry since 2000. He started his working life as an apprentice carpenter and went on to own and manage a successful building firm for several years - the ideal training ground for a Chartered Surveyor. He lives in Grange Park and writes about surveying issues and the property market in general for the Peter Barry blog. When not in the office Justin spends his time battling with the kids over the remote control and trying to play his guitar like Paul Brady.

Sue Bradford

Sue Bradford

Sue has been involved in estate agency for 5 years and manages the sales department at Peter Barry. Over that time she has gained an expert knowledge of local property values and sales progression; she will be covering both of these areas as well as offering lots of advice for owners that are considering a sale on Peter Barry blog. Sue previously worked in the fashion industry before taking a career break to start a family. She has been a resident in the local area for many years and currently lives in Enfield.

Kris White

Kris White

Kris has worked at Peter Barry since 2003 during which time he has progressed to manage the lettings department. You are most likely to meet Kris if you require a valuation of your property for rental purposes. He has gained considerable marketing experience and a good working knowledge of lettings law over the past 8 years and will be sharing his thoughts on both issues on the Peter Barry blog in the coming months. Kris is a keen tennis and rugby player and has represented Middlesex with the racquet as well as being a regular in the amateur first team of Saracens Rugby Club. He has always lived in the local area and currently resides in Winchmore Hill.

Caroline Wheeler

Caroline Wheeler

Caroline has been a member of the Peter Barry team since 2000. She splits her time between many roles including keeping the books and helping out the sales and lettings teams when required. She has a particular interest in the local area’s history and enjoys writing on such matters for the Peter Barry blog. Caroline travelled extensively before settling down in the Grange Park area where she now lives with her husband and two children.

Bradley Mackenzie

Bradley Mackenzie MSc MFPWS

Bradley Mackenzie joined us in the spring of 2010 and is currently undertaking his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence with a view to becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 2012. Bradley grew up in North London and recently completed a masters degree in Real Estate Development at Westminster University. He will be posting about his training experience on the Peter Barry blog from time to time.

Matthew Price

Matthew Price BSc (Hons) MFPWS

Matthew completed a Building Surveying Degree at Nottingham Trent University and recently commenced his APC with Peter Barry Surveyors. He too aims to become a Chartered Surveyor by 2012 and contributes to the Peter Barry blog on occasions. In his spare time Matthew is a keen golfer having played at county level as a teenager.

Gary moved in six months ago, January sixth to be precise. I remember the date because that’s when George passed away. Elaine was beside herself of course, she‘d always loved that dog, but I’d persuaded her to go to work as usual.
