Bush Hill Park is part of the London Borough of Enfield and is situated between Winchmore Hill and Enfield Town. Despite often being grouped in with Enfield Town the area has its own unique identity and offers an attractive more affordable alternative to some of the surrounding areas. There are several shops, cafés and other amenities close to the station.
The majority of the properties in the area are medium size 1930s terraced or semi detached houses although you will also find Edwardian and Victorian properties on several roads. If you are looking for a modern apartment head to Village road or Wellington Road where there are several modern luxury blocks.
The main primary school in Bush Hill Park is Raglan school on Wellington Road. It has performed well in the school league tables in recent years and is popular with young families in the area.
There are no parks within Bush Hill Park itself although the popular Town Park in Enfield Town and Grovelands Park in Winchmore Hill are a short drive away.
The area has its own Network Rail station with trains running to Liverpool Street. The nearest tube station is Southgate which is on the Piccadilly Line and connects with the West End in approximately 25 minutes.
