The proposals are currently going through the planning process and that usually takes about 8 weeks but, as 90% of applications are granted, it’s a good idea to start considering how you can protect your property and minimise any inconvenience.

We can obtain a copy of the plans from the planning portal, provide you with a summary of how you and your property are likely to be affected and explain how the protections offered by the Party Wall Act work.
