Mr Steve Hobbs carried out the survey for my flat and also to put on the report how much the lease extension should cost. The Landlord however was very unreasonable and wanted nearly £10k more than what Mr Hobbs had stated and so Mr Hobbs went ahead with the negotiation and managed to get the premium down to nearly £10k less than what the unruly landlord wanted.
