Jaynell Mainoo
Jaynell joined the Peter Barry team in early 2024, after graduating from university with a degree in architecture. She has always had an interest in buildings, particularly residential homes, and has now chosen to pursue a career in the property sector.
Jaynell is part of the party wall team. This involves assisting the appointed surveyor with the day to day running of files and includes tasks such as drafting documents, recording schedules of condition and keeping the parties up to date.
Outside of work, Jaynell has a passion for art. She enjoys painting in her spare time and often visits galleries. Jaynell also has an active lifestyle and enjoys travelling to new places.
