Jean-Baptiste has a solid background within the property field having successfully completed an RICS accredited Real Estate Honours degree at the University of Westminster. He started his property related career working in residential property management; specialising in high end clientele. He joined Peter Barry in March 2016 and has since progressed to the role of Assistant Surveyor gaining Associate membership of the RICS in November 2018. Jean-Baptiste specialises in leasehold valuation and party wall matters. He enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures while learning foreign languages and is already fluent in French and Spanish.
