We were very happy that Peter Barry contacted us about the party wall issue with our neighbour's planning application. They helped us draw up a Party Wall Agreement, which wouldn't have happened otherwise. The service they offer is invaluable for protecting one's own property and rights from the effects of an adjoining neighbour's extension plans. We have recourse if there is damage to our property as a result of neighbouring works. Would recommend engaging their services.
