We were very happy that Peter Barry contacted us about the party wall issue with our neighbour's planning application. They helped us draw up a Party Wall Agreement, which wouldn't have happened otherwise. The service they offer is invaluable for protecting one's own property and rights from the effects of an adjoining neighbour's extension plans.
