Mr Steve Hobbs carried out the survey for my flat and also to put on the report how much the lease extension should cost. Recent Activity in Staines TW18 & TW19

We were appointed by the owner of a 1930s semi-detached house near Staines Middx. The two neighbours’ houses were separated by a pair of garages which shared a party wall between them. One of the owners proposed to demolish their garage and construct a side and rear extension in its place. As part of the works, the party wall was to be re-built.

The adjoining owners had concerns regarding their use of their garage whilst the wall was demolished and rebuilt.

Our surveyor William Weaver was appointed by the adjoining owner and inspected the property to prepare the schedule of condition. He discussed the works with the designer, as a result the design underwent a series of changes to reduce the inconvenience caused to the adjoining owner and accommodate any future work that they may undertake. The revised design was agreed and the project completed on that basis.
