Full-time Surveying Administrator

We are seeking an administrator to work closely with an experienced team of surveyors and provide first class support.

You will be responsible for updating and maintaining databases, dealing with telephone & e-mail enquiries, controlling the office diary system and providing up to date and accurate progress information to our clients.

Qualifications, skills and experience

You will need to possess excellent organisational skills and an ability to understand and solve problems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential and you will need to demonstrate a passion for customer care, show good initiative and be hardworking and enthusiastic.

Salary dependent upon experience.

APC/AssocRICS Trainee Surveyor

We currently have an opportunity for a Trainee Surveyor to progress either via the APC or AssocRICS route.

APC candidates must have successfully completed an RICS accredited degree. No specific qualifications are required to progress via the AssocRICS route but some experience within the property industry would be beneficial and a genuine interest in the built environment is essential.

As a practice that specialises in party wall matters initial training will be geared towards developing your knowledge in that area and gaining membership of the FPWS.

After the initial training period more wide ranging experience will be gained through a series of rotations within our Building Surveying, Valuation, Landlord & Tenant, Project Management and Agency teams to ensure that you gain a good understanding of all aspects of residential surveying.

We have a comprehensive rolling CPD programme consisting of a mixture of internal and external seminars, workshops and masterclasses. As you approach the APC Final Assessment this will be supplemented by bespoke training with a current panel chairman and a series of mock assessments. Our pass rate in respect of APC Final Assessments and AssocRICS submissions is in excess of 90%.

Residential Surveyor/Registered Valuer

To facilitate the expansion of the practice we are seeking to recruit a Surveyor for this permanent position. The successful candidate will have a balanced role with the opportunity to work on a variety of residential properties throughout South London. Job types will include:

  • RICS Homebuyer Reports
  • Building Surveys
  • Specific Defect Reports
  • Red Book valuations
  • Snagging Lists, schedules of condition and party wall procedures

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, will be based at our Fulham office but must be willing to travel in order to cover the whole South London area.

Registered Valuers with an AssocRICS qualification will be considered if they have at least 3 years experience of preparing RICS Homebuyer Reports. Would also consider surveyors who wish to work part-time.

The package will be made up of a competitive basic salary, target based bonus and a car allowance. Further details available upon application.

Architectural Technician/Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. You should either have at least 2 years post graduate experience of residential projects or have gained CIAT membership.

A good working knowledge of both the planning process and UK Building Regulations is essential and you will need to be proficient in AutoCAD.

The successful applicant will be based at our East London office but will be involved in projects across the inner M25 area. This is a client facing role so good communications skills and an enthusiastic approach are essential.

Remuneration will be based upon experience.
