We are seeking an administrator to work closely with an experienced team of surveyors and provide first class support.
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining databases, dealing with telephone & e-mail enquiries, controlling the office diary system and providing up to date and accurate progress information to our clients.
You will need to possess excellent organisational skills and an ability to understand and solve problems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential and you will need to demonstrate a passion for customer care, show good initiative and be hardworking and enthusiastic.
Salary dependent upon experience.

We are seeking a New Business Coordinator to work closely with an experienced team of surveyors and provide first class support.
You will be responsible for dealing with new enquiries promptly and effectively and generating new business. Full training will be offered and we are looking for an immediate start.
You will need to possess excellent organisational skills and an ability to understand and solve problems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential and you will need to demonstrate a passion for customer care, show good initiative and be hardworking and enthusiastic.
The package consists of a basic salary of £20,000 per annum plus a commission package that would be expected to produce and additional £5,000 to £10,000.
