APC/AssocRICS Trainee Surveyor
We currently have an opportunity for a Trainee Surveyor to progress either via the APC or AssocRICS route.
APC candidates must have successfully completed an RICS accredited degree. No specific qualifications are required to progress via the AssocRICS route but some experience within the property industry would be beneficial and a genuine interest in the built environment is essential.
As a practice that specialises in party wall matters initial training will be geared towards developing your knowledge in that area and gaining membership of the FPWS.
After the initial training period more wide ranging experience will be gained through a series of rotations within our Building Surveying, Valuation, Landlord & Tenant, Project Management and Agency teams to ensure that you gain a good understanding of all aspects of residential surveying.
We have a comprehensive rolling CPD programme consisting of a mixture of internal and external seminars, workshops and masterclasses. As you approach the APC Final Assessment this will be supplemented by bespoke training with a current panel chairman and a series of mock assessments. Our pass rate in respect of APC Final Assessments and AssocRICS submissions is in excess of 90%.
