Steve Hobbs, one of our Chartered Surveyors, recently completed a Level 2 Survey for a client who was purchasing a converted flat set within a terraced period building located in the triangle bordered by Whitechapel Road and Commercial Road. The survey uncovered a variety of maintenance and repair issues, including evidence of subsidence.

The client was pleased with the process and with the quality of the survey report; Very happy with the Building Survey carried out by Peter Barry. The quality of the survey met all expectations and I feel the administrative aspects of arranging this were also tackled very well.
