Party Wall Advice for Owners of Properties in Camden Town

Peter Barry were approached by a potential client who was planning a real extension to his property to the north of Camden, in NW2. He had good relationships with his neighbours, had already made them aware of his proposals and had served them with his own party wall notices.

Whilst we see many examples a very poorly drafted notices which cause more problems they solve, these notices what pretty good and the neighbours had indicated that they would all use the same joint surveyor.
