James, or Jim as he prefers to be known, is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer.
He is passionate about sustainability in the built environment, and holds certifications, including the ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment and the NOCN Level 3 Certificate in Energy Efficiency of Older and Traditional Buildings.
