Phillipa is a Chartered Building Surveyor with a decade of professional experience across the residential and commercial property sectors. She earned an MSc in Building Surveying with Distinction from London Southbank University and became Chartered in 2019.
She specialises in RICS Home Surveys and also undertakes schedules of condition, condition reports, and planned maintenance programmes, providing clients with thorough and professional advice.
In addition, Phillipa is ‘asbestos aware’, having completed the UK Asbestos Training Association (UKATA) Category A course, ensuring she works safely and in compliance with industry standards.
