Tom is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, working across residential and commercial surveys, party wall matters, and project management services. His technical expertise and practical approach ensure clients receive thorough and professional support for every project.

He earned a degree in Building Surveying from Salford University before moving to London, where he spent over 15 years with some of the largest and best-known commercial practices. This extensive experience has strengthened his skills and industry knowledge.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys being outdoors and exploring the Sussex countryside with his young family, combining his love of nature with quality family time.

James Merewether could not have been more helpful: explaining what had to be done (more than AI had told me!), and promptly responding to our various calls and emails to get the initial notice served quickly.
