Clear and efficient communication throughout the process, helpful and pleasant to deal with, and would recommend for lease extension valuations.
Very helpful! Report was clear and on time, the surveyor was really helpful and communications were easy, reliable and quick
Great communication and great all round service.
Very helpful and explained everything clearly. Arrived on time and kept me informed of the process
Overall, a very reputable company with great customer service and prompt email responses. My only minor drawbacks were that the Kensington and Fulham offices are not available for face-to-face customer meetings, and there is a £200 + VAT fee for home visits. Additionally, their hourly rates for Tribunal attendance can add up quickly and become quite expensive. Aside from those points, they delivered a solid service and are clearly experts in their field.
We used Peter Barry Chartered Surveyors on a recommendation from a family member who were very happy with their service. From the first call to the final report we found them professional, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended
