The RICS Level 2 home survey report was written by David Breeze and it was complete, concise and very helpful. David also talked us through aspects of the survey that were important and we were really pleased that he and the company were recommended to us.
The survey was thorough and clearly a Level 3 — the level of detail on individual items was genuinely useful and has directly informed the specialist inspections that would need to be commissioned. The condition ratings were clear and the cost estimates were useful.
