David joined Peter Barry in 2023 as a Residential Surveyor focusing on L2 Home Survey reports.
He was one of the first surveyors to achieve AssocRICS in the country, in late 2014. David has worked for large corporates and smaller surveying firms since he qualified. David is at his best and happiest when explaining and advising clients.
Before becoming a surveyor, David obtained a degree in Built Environment from UWE in Bristol and started out within the property industry as an estate agent in 2007.
In his free time, David performs and teaches circus skills for children and adults.
