Recent Activity in Harpenden

A returning client instructed us to carry out a standalone schedule of condition report – we had previously completed an RICS Level 3 Home Survey in relation to a property that they were purchasing in Harpenden, AL5.

Their neighbour was planning to add a single-storey side extension to their property and, although the neighbouring properties were detached, the works fell within the notifiable distance under the Party Wall Act. Despite this, the building owner refused to serve the required notice.
