Peter Barry were approached by a potential client who was planning a real extension to his property to the north of Camden, in NW2. He had good relationships with his neighbours, had already made them aware of his proposals and had served them with his own party wall notices.

Whilst we see many examples a very poorly drafted notices which cause more problems they solve, these notices what pretty good and the neighbours had indicated that they would all use the same joint surveyor.
Matthew price MRICS was appointed at the beginning of September, inspected both properties two weeks later and having been provided with the correct drawings and structural information, served the party wall awards by the end of the same month.

I had a level 2 survey done which was carried out by David Breeze. The report was extremely thorough and concise. Post the report, David offered to discuss the report over the phone. I spoke with him for almost 30 minutes and he talked me through every aspect of the report, providing me with a detailed plan on how to address the concerns. Mr Steve Hobbs carried out the survey for my flat and also to put on the report how much the lease extension should cost.
