Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll issue our terms of business and confirm your instruction, allowing us to arrange an inspection with a Chartered Valuation Surveyor.
The surveyor will attend the property to carry out an inspection, recording details such as construction, layout, condition, measurements, and accommodation, supported by photographs where appropriate.
Following the inspection, comparable sales evidence will be analysed and a detailed written valuation report prepared. Reports are usually issued within four to five working days of the inspection.
