Nick joined Peter Barry in 2015 bringing with him a wealth of experience in residential property matters from a prime Central London Estate Agents. Since becoming a Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) , Nick specialises in residential property surveys, licence to alterations and party wall work. Acting for both building owners and adjoining owners. Outside of work, Nick is a keen shooting enthusiast and has competed at various levels in clay pigeon shooting.
